Bug Reports

Found something that doesn't work right? Help us fix it.

Option 1: In-App

  1. Open Kaho → Profile
  2. Tap Report Bug & Share Feedback
  3. Describe the issue and submit

Option 2: Email

Email support@kaho.app with subject "Bug Report". Include device model, OS version, and steps to reproduce.

Account & Data Deletion

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1: In-App

  1. Open Kaho → Profile
  2. Go to Account Details
  3. Tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision

Option 2: Email

Email support@kaho.app with subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the phone number or email linked to your account.
